“We”, “us”, or “our” refers to FURNOMO, the provider of furniture packages.

“You” or “Customer” refers to any individual or organisation purchasing or browsing our services.

“Goods” refers to the furniture and services provided by us.

2. General Information
We provide premium, design-led furniture packages for residential and commercial use. All goods are sold subject to availability and these Terms.

We operate in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which protects consumers when buying goods and services in the UK. These rights are not affected by anything in these Terms and Conditions.

3. Ordering and Contract Formation
When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase goods. A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation from us via email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: errors in pricing, stock limitations, or failure to meet payment conditions.

4. Product Descriptions
We take care to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, materials, or finish may occur due to monitor settings or supplier differences. These do not constitute a defect.

For bespoke or custom packages, specifications will be agreed in writing prior to production.

5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order, unless a written agreement specifies otherwise.

We accept secure payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or invoiced arrangements (for approved business clients).

6. Delivery and Installation
6.1 Delivery Areas & Timelines
We deliver across the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery timelines range from 7–14 working days depending on availability and location. Bespoke or made-to-order items may require longer lead times.

6.2 White-Glove Installation
We provide full white-glove delivery and installation. This includes placement of furniture, assembly where required, and removal of packaging. You must ensure access to the premises is suitable for delivery.

6.3 Delays
Delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. supplier delays, adverse weather). We will keep you informed and will not be liable for such delays, provided reasonable efforts are made to fulfil the order.
